Do It Yourself Ebb and Flow Hydroponics System

I've been wanting to experiment with a home built hydroponics system for quite sometime and today I found some plans to build an ebb and flow hydroponic system at Instructables.com.

This same basic design could be used for an aquaponics growing system.
